Responsibilities
Lead a team of billing specialists
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing and motivated team
Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the Team
Review and enhance end-to-end billing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Ensure related documentation is up to date Internal Client Interaction and Relationship
Act as the primary point of contact for the internal clients served by the team
Work closely with clients to understand their unique billing needs and expectations
Resolve client issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing accuracy and service delivery
Implement corrective actions to address discrepancies and improve performance
Maintain training materials for Service Center billing staff and ensure training sessions
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
Proven experience in billing operations within a service center environment (3/4 years)
A first and successful experience in management, hands-on (1/2 years)
In-depth knowledge of billing systems (SAP) and processes
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in French and English
