Focus on maintaining long-term relationships, addressing client concerns, and coordinating with various insurance carriers to deliver tailored solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
Proficiency in client relations, customer support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
Experience in the insurance or financial services industries is an advantage
