Responsibilities

Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures in alignment with DOT/FMCSA regulations
Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with federal and state transportation regulations
Maintaining accurate records of all compliance activities and reporting to management as needed
Collaborating with various departments to address and resolve compliance issues effectively
Providing training and support to employees on compliance-related matters to ensure a thorough understanding of DOT/FMCSA requirements
Staying updated on changes in transportation regulations and adjusting company policies accordingly
Assisting with accident investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

Required
