Responsibilities
Lead all work with safety as the top priority
Procure clients and estimate HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects
Manage both self-won and company-assigned projects
Develop and control project budgets, labor plans, materials, and subcontractors
Coordinate with owners, general contractors, and internal teams
Own all project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, forecasting, and closeout
Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external partners
Consistently represent the organization’s core values on every project
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, piping)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with estimating, budgeting, and project financials
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
A proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work style
Ability to build strong client and internal relationships
Alignment with a values-driven, safety-first culture
