Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team who supports corporate and executive functions. We expect this leader to set clear priorities, raise the quality of insights, and ensure consistent financial partnership across functions
Own enterprise cost envelope planning, including the annual budget, forecasts, and ongoing tracking of performance versus targets. This includes working closely with HR on headcount and people cost planning and partnering with functional leaders to manage spend, surface risks, and see opportunities
Own capital planning and governance for the company. This includes leading the Capital Committee process, evaluating capital requests, tracking capital spend, forecasting outcomes, and ensuring capital is deployed in line with company priorities
Act as a Finance thought partner to senior leadership by providing clear analysis, scenarios, and recommendations that support decision-making across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
Experience leading and developing a team
Strong background in enterprise cost planning and forecasting
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with capital planning and governance preferred
