Responsibilities
Partner with business and stakeholders to gather project requirements
Partner with the businesses to translate business requirements into solutions
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Defines the initiative per the business need and creates momentum and support to drive forward, while managing the competing needs of multiple stakeholders
Focus on both business stakeholders and internal IT project needs to create an environment and process that ensures the successful delivery of the program objectives
Initiates and facilitates team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems and Support Users during critical activities such as UAT, month end closure, etc
Participate and lead solution design solutions as appropriate
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and finding
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
Support the implementation of key deliverables as assigned such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others
Create status reports and prepare leadership summary presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software Engineering or related field
Experience and strong process knowledge in at least one of the following business/ functional areas: Service, Field Service, Quote to Cash
Technology Experience with at least one of the related System: Salesforce Field Service/CRM, SAP CPQ (Callidus), Cora PPM, SAP ERP, E-Commerce
Execution of Projects in a SAFe Agile Framework
Preferred
Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams
Apply rigorous agile project management approach on assignments
Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
Ability to translate and communicate complex topics into simple summaries
Creative and collaborative problem solving skills
Delivering 'fast and right' results in matrixed environment
Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
Quickly and accurately identifies even subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues
