Effectively communicate with Initial Service Professional applicants to guide them through the application process
Consistently organize updates in an Excel sheet to track applicants’ progression
Communicate with Sales and Corporate teams about the needs and progress of applicants in a timely manner
Manage sensitive data to process paperwork for applicants
Work cross-functionally with Human Resources, Operations, and Sales
Qualification
Required
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
Must be detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of Excel
Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
Discretion when handling sensitive information
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
