Responsibilities

Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, checks, lockbox) to customer accounts accurately and timely
Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, overpayments, and unapplied cash
Reconcile cash receipts to bank statements and the general ledger
Support month-end close activities related to AR and cash applications
Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable with a strong focus on cash applications
Solid understanding of AR processes, reconciliations, and customer account management
Experience working in an ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
