Responsibilities
Review, write, and edit legal documents for the portal submissions (ICFs, protocols, etc.)
Document version control and consistency across documents
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and legal guidelines
Partnering with multi-functional groups such as legal, engineering services, hardware development, and operations
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a role that was focused on human research ethics
Experience with writing and submitting consent and protocol documents for review
High attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, and excellent time management skills
Self-motivated and proactive with creative and critical thinking capabilities
Proficient in applications for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (e.g. Word, Excel, Numbers and Keynote)
Preferred
Past CITI certifications or training on human research compliance (a plus)
Past job experience understanding and applying Privacy Law requirements in any setting (a plus)
