The CEO will be responsible for creating a healing environment for patients recovering from substance use disorders, driving growth through clinical programming, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Drive the facility’s growth through innovative clinical programming and community partnerships across Morgan, Monroe, and Marion Counties
Lead daily operations with a focus on patient safety, high-quality clinical outcomes, and fiscal responsibility
Cultivate a high-performing leadership team grounded in Pinnacle’s core values of innovation and ownership
Ensure the facility exceeds all Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) and CARF regulatory standards

Qualification

Senior-level managementBehavioral health experienceHealthcare AdministrationOperational excellenceInnovative leadership

Required

A minimum of 5 years of senior-level management experience in a behavioral health or residential treatment setting
An innovative spirit and the ability to lead a dedicated team in a mission-critical environment

Preferred

A Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a Human Services field
