Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to support reporting (e.g. EBITDA) and identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities
Prepare management reporting packages, including KPI Dashboards and operational updates
OneStream expertise - someone who can create reports / deep experience / only pulling report will not fly / someone who has used the system extensively - it's a must have for her as her SI partners are only developers
Reporting & Analysis build centralized reporting solutions and distribute timely reports to stakeholders
Perform data load timeout and reconciliations to ensure accuracy support ad hoc analysis and respond to financial queries during budgeting and forecasting cycles
Automation and process improvements across FP&A and finance functions
Deep OneStream Experience - MUST HAVE i.e.; developing reports using quick views and cube views, develop dashboards
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of progressive Finance experience
2-3 years working in a manufacturing industry (automotive is a plus)
Highly skilled in ERP systems - ONESTREAM
OneStream expertise - someone who can create reports / deep experience / only pulling report will not fly / someone who has used the system extensively - it's a must have for her as her SI partners are only developers
Reporting & Analysis build centralized reporting solutions and distribute timely reports to stakeholders
