Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce total cost of ownership
Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, lead times, and service levels
Analyze commodity and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen supply resilience
Manage supplier performance, contracts, and risk mitigation plans
Support new product development through cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience (food, CPG, ingredients, or packaging preferred)
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings
Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts
Analytical mindset with Excel and ERP/MRP proficiency
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes
Preferred
CPSM, CSCP, or similar certification is a plus
