Responsibilities
Engage with clients through daily interactions across a portfolio of 10-20 mid to large-sized accounts
Focus on client retention, ensuring that each account receives the utmost care and attention, including virtual and in-person meetings
Assist in acquiring new business, making you eligible for commissions
Demonstrate a client-first attitude and excel as a team player
Mentor and inspire junior staff members, contributing to a culture of growth and collaboration
Drive renewal initiatives and provide exceptional service that fosters client retention
Identify tailored solutions for each client
Communicate frequently with all parties involved in the account management process
Qualification
Required
Active Property and Casualty license
7 or more years of commercial insurance account management experience
Solid knowledge of all lines of coverage across multiple industries
Ability to explain coverages to clients
Drive renewal strategy and provide top-tier service to retain clients
Think creatively to find the best solution for each client
Mentor and inspire junior staff
Be an excellent team player with frequent communication to all parties involved
Have superior detail-oriented and time-management skills
Be open to feedback and good with technology and learning new systems
Possess a friendly, courteous and positive growth mindset
Be willing and able to present a polished, professional demeanor
