Responsibilities

Lead day porters, landscape crews, irrigation techs, steam cleaners, maintenance technicians and handyman staff
Conduct QC walks and client-facing inspections
Manage daily routing and labor efficiency
Enforce SOPs and safety standards
Resolve escalations rapidly
Use Aspire CRM daily to enter Work Tickets, approve payroll
Recruit, coach, and develop field talent

Required

Experience in leading field execution within asset class vertical or service line specialty

Experience in leading day porters, landscape crews, irrigation techs, steam cleaners, maintenance technicians and handyman staff
Ability to conduct QC walks and client-facing inspections
Experience in managing daily routing and labor efficiency
Knowledge of enforcing SOPs and safety standards
Ability to resolve escalations rapidly
Experience using Aspire CRM for entering Work Tickets and approving payroll
Skills in recruiting, coaching, and developing field talent
