Acting as a Key Holder and Following the Basic Opening or Closing Procedures in the Absence of, or to assist, a Manager

Structuring the Shift and Communicating Directions to Sales Agents

Reviewing all Sales Associate transactions to ensure transaction accuracy including correct product, quantity, and charges

Acting as the Manager on Duty as Described in Security and Emergency Procedures

Dispensing Cannabis and Cannabis Products Following Strict Guidelines to Remain in Compliance with CCC Regulations at All Times

Becoming Well-Versed in Metrc and in Using a Point of Sale to Complete Transactions

Having an Advanced Expressive Knowledge of Cannabis and Cannabis Products and All the Different Consumption Methods and Storage Requirements of All Products on the Menu

Accurately Making Change for Guests and Following Money Handling Protocols to Manage a Cash Till and POS station

Providing Upbeat and Charming Yet Efficient Assistance to Guests on the Sales Floor to Help Maintain the Flow of Guests While Providing Optimal Guest Service

Keeping the Sales Floor Clean and Organized

Communicating About Inventory Levels and Ensuring Consistent Availability to Guests

Performing Additional Tasks as directed by the Retail Management team
