Experience (UX) Designer
Horizontal Talent is seeking an Experience (UX) Designer to create user-centered designs that elevate the customer journey across digital platforms. The role focuses on leveraging human-centered design methods to develop engaging product experiences and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop strategic and engaging product experiences using human-centered design methods
Conduct competitive analysis and research to guide design strategies
Translate user and business needs into accessible, end-to-end experiences
Design omni-channel experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Utilize design systems and best practices to deliver high-quality design artifacts
Contribute to the iterative design process within an agile environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four years of experience in product and experience design
Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Ability to communicate design concepts and recommendations effectively
Experience in managing complex workflows and adapting to changing priorities
Preferred
Experience in the financial or business management sector
Familiarity with design systems and visual design skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Background in conducting user research and usability testing
