New Grad, Entry LevelPlaycentre Aotearoa is a licenced early childhood education provider and charitable trust. As a Programme Facilitator, you will lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of Space sessions, creating engaging experiences for whānau and pēpi.
Responsibilities
Planning and setup of the sessions ensuring any equipment is safe and clean
Leading discussions, music and movement, play, crafts, and kai time
Building relationships with whānau and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment
Ensuring session admin tasks are completed in a timely matter
Qualification
Required
Minimum Course 3 of the Playcentre Education Diploma or equivalent ECE Qualification (L4 or above desired)
Current First Aid Certificate
Proven ability to engage confidently and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong organisational capabilities, including time management, meeting deadlines, multitasking, and balancing detail with overall objectives
NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
