Responsibilities

Answers high volume of calls and transfers to the correct telephone extensions while prioritizing medical emergency Codes and STATS
Follows procedure to alert appropriate departments and authorities
Maintains on-calls statistics for multiple departments
Places outbound calls
Provides information (room #s, in house telephone numbers, hospital information, etc.) to customers
Overhead pages approved announcement

Prefer demonstrated ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks
