Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
Proficiency in delivering a high-quality customer experience and providing customer-focused service
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Knowledge of wines and beverages or a willingness to learn is a plus
