They are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join their Business Tax group, focusing on managing engagements, advising business owners, and leading tax planning and strategy for business entities.

Responsibilities
Manage and review tax returns for S-corps, C-corps, partnerships, and related individual filings
Lead year-round tax planning, entity structuring, and advisory work
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of middle-market business clients
Oversee engagement timelines, technical quality, and deliverables
Review work prepared by seniors and associates and provide coaching and development
Partner with firm leadership on complex tax issues and client strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of public accounting experience in a CPA firm
Experience at the Supervisor, Manager or Senior Manager level
Strong technical background across S-corps, C-corps, and partnerships
Experience reviewing returns and managing engagements
Comfortable serving as a primary advisor to business owners and executives
CPA or EA
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Preferred
Experience with manufacturing, construction, real estate, or professional services clients is a plus, but not required
