Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily operations of the Yavapai, Mohave and La Paz Counties offices
Ensuring high-quality legal representation and advocacy
Actively engage in identifying, developing and implementing strategic advocacy initiatives to address systemic legal problems affecting individuals and families with low incomes
Increasing meaningful access to justice for all Arizonans
Balance an active, reduced caseload with administrative, supervisory and advocacy responsibilities
Required to be in-person in each office on a weekly basis

Required

minimum of five years of legal experience
strong litigation skills
community outreach and engagement
must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or eligible for admission pursuant to Ariz. Sup. Ct. R 38(d)

demonstrated a commitment to high quality legal assistance and strategic advocacy on behalf of people with low incomes
