The role focuses on guiding multiple Agile teams and coaching Product Owners to ensure the delivery of mission-critical solutions through collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Guide teams in applying Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to maximize value delivery
Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, establish priorities, and define acceptance criteria
Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and impediments to stakeholders and program leadership
Foster a culture of servant-leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support cross-team coordination, dependency management, and risk mitigation across the program
Collaborate with Program Management to ensure team outputs align with strategic objectives
Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and transparency

Proven experience in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
Ability to serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams

Ability to guide teams in applying Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to maximize value delivery
