Responsibilities
Greet and engage walk-in, phone, and online leads quickly and professionally
Guide customers through product selection, trade-in evaluation, and finance options
Present payment, protection, and delivery options clearly and confidently
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
Collaborate with F&I, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Represent Seguin RV at local events or off-site shows as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency — CRM, email, and mobile apps
Positive, self-driven attitude with team mindset
Valid driver's license and ability to work Saturdays
Preferred
Sales experience in RV, auto, or related retail industry preferred (but not required)
