Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, responsiveness, and professionalism
Provide strategic financial advice related to forecasting, compliance, budgeting, and general decision-making
Prepare accurate bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax returns; research and resolve complex tax questions
Identify opportunities for additional services or value-add solutions to strengthen client partnerships
Participate in networking events and support proposal development to expand the firm’s reach
Contribute to internal initiatives such as special projects, committees, and process optimization efforts
Ensure adherence to GAAP, regulatory standards, and quality expectations for all client deliverables
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and operational improvements
Investigate and resolve complex accounting issues and respond to client inquiries efficiently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred but not required
5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with direct client-facing responsibilities
Strong understanding of GAAP and applicable tax regulations
Proven ability to manage and advise clients with professionalism and confidence
Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, UltraTax, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required
