Business Development Manager
CAM Property Services is celebrating its 40th anniversary and aims to scale its revenue from $25M to $50M within four years. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue expansion across various client sectors by managing the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline across target asset class(es)
Attend industry events (ICSC, BOMA, Apartment Associations, IFMA, et al)
Conduct site walks and generate accurate, profitable proposals
Partner with operations to improve onboarding
Manage Aspire CRM pipeline and reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or sales management
Proven track record of driving revenue growth
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM systems, specifically Aspire CRM
Ability to attend industry events and network effectively
Strong analytical skills to generate accurate proposals
Ability to partner with operations for onboarding improvements
