Responsibilities

Advising the business regarding functional solutions, by translating customer requirements and business needs into product improvement opportunities, working closely with product development to ensure new products meet customer requirements
Researching and understanding competitive landscape and potential new markets in order to design effective product strategies
Working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure the product is well positioned in the marketplace

Required

Advising the business regarding functional solutions, by translating customer requirements and business needs into product improvement opportunities, working closely with product development to ensure new products meet customer requirements
Researching and understanding competitive landscape and potential new markets in order to design effective product strategies
Working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure the product is well positioned in the marketplace
Is a recognized master within the organization in a professional discipline, with knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and extensive work experience
Establishes tactical plans for the job area, provides professional support to the organization, and develops and implements new products, processes or standards that will impact the achievement of functional results
