Responsibilities
Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, or personal networks
Communicate and engage with potential customers
Educate homeowners about roof replacement options and guide them through the process
Manage your own schedule and customer relationships
Deliver an exceptional experience to every customer you serve
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Willing to learn and execute company standards
Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
LLC, EIN, and COI required (or willing to obtain)
Preferred
Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
