Sales Operations Analyst
Horizontal Talent is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive market growth through strategic data analysis and collaboration. This role involves analyzing sales data, refining forecasting, and developing dashboards to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities
Analyze sales data to support effective territory planning and segmentation
Collaborate with leadership to refine forecasting and pipeline analysis
Develop dashboards and reports to track sales performance and identify improvement areas
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business initiatives
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce and other tools
Work cross-functionally to enhance sales efficiency and support strategic initiatives
Assist in designing and executing sales compensation and incentive strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with data modeling and business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel, and SQL
Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience in tech, consulting, or banking sectors
Familiarity with sales reporting and analytics
Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports
