Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Responsible for new customer acquisition
Sales Strategy: Lead and execute go to market plans for new solution offerings and industries
Co-Selling: Engage with Salesforce RVPs and AEs to partner on new opportunities, drive new projects, and become a trusted partner
Sales Operations: Manage sales activities, including lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
Sales Engineering: Present products and services to prospective customers that align directly to their organizational goals and objectives
General: Demonstrate the ability & desire to personally unearth net new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails & networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Product Management: Turn customer and partner feedback into actionable product and GTM inputs
Partner Engagement: Source and shape new partnership opportunities tied to Vectr Solutions’ offerings and practices
Qualification
Required
5–8 years in a sales role, preferably within a consulting or professional services organization
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Strong leadership presence and collaborative mindset
Commitment to continuous improvement, mentorship, and technical excellence
Preferred
Experience in Salesforce consulting
