Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with personal lines clients
Provide insurance quotes and bind policies across all lines (home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, workers comp, bonds, etc.)
Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintain client files
Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
Provide exceptional and timely customer service in person, by phone, or via email
Work daily on the Nexsure agency management system to manage client accounts and workflows
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to support client needs
Qualification
Required
Active 2-20 Florida Insurance License
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
Experience using Nexsure agency management system required
Preferred
Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
Experience with additional industry systems is a plus
