Own and manage relationships with existing customers
Serve as the customer’s primary technical and commercial point of contact
Provide ongoing technical support, guidance, and product education
Help customers successfully deploy Promethium and expand usage over time
Identify and manage expansion opportunities and support select new sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
PhD in Computational Chemistry (required)
Strong hands-on experience with computational chemistry tools and workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide technical support and explain complex concepts clearly
Willingness to engage in both customer success and sales-related activities
Preferred
Experience in sales, account management, customer success, or technical sales
Experience with enterprise SaaS products
Industry background in pharma, biotech, chemicals, or materials science
Experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment
