Lead end-to-end ELN implementation (planning, execution, compliance)
Gather and document business requirements; create user stories and specs
Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
Ensure GxP, GLP, cGMP, GAMP-5, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Oversee validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), UAT, and data migration
Qualification
Required
8+ years in life sciences/pharma IT projects
Hands-on with ELN/LIMS (Freezerworks preferred)
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and Agile practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Bachelor's in Biotech/Bioinformatics/Life Sciences/IT
Preferred
PMP or Agile certification
