Adriana's is a fast-growing insurance brokerage seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to enhance their talent acquisition efforts. The role involves managing the entire recruiting process across various departments, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple departments
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume hiring
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, events, and referrals
Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skill and cultural fit
Coordinate interview processes and maintain a strong candidate experience
Report on recruitment metrics, KPIs, and hiring progress
Represent the company at job fairs, community events, and networking functions
Support employer branding efforts with marketing and content teams
Ensure compliance and support diversity and inclusion initiatives
This is not a slow corporate recruiting role — it is fast, people-focused, and highly impactful

Required

Bilingual Spanish/English (written and verbal)
2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to hire across multiple functions (sales, marketing, HR, creative, admin, etc.)
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Comfortable using ATS systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools

Preferred

Experience recruiting in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing
High-volume or startup hiring experience
Understanding of cultural nuance in bilingual hiring
