Boeing is seeking a Metrology & Calibration Specialist in Seattle, WA. As a calibration technician, you will calibrate and certify various Measurement and Test Equipment and support the development of procedures for test equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring products and services meet high technical and quality standards while supporting military and commercial programs.

Supports and plans activities to conduct and document tests on measurement and test equipment

Coordinates test requirements, determines test methods and capabilities

Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results

Maintains test procedure revisions and updates

Troubleshoots and resolves of laboratory and test-related problems

Works under general direction

Required

3 or more years of calibration and certification work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with Flow, Pressure, Linear Measurements, Temperature/Humidity, Electrical or other Physical Metrology processes

Preferred

Experience with electrical calibration/certification

Certified Calibration Technician (CCT)

Experience in the aerospace industry

PMEL (Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory) experience

Experience with Labview, C++, and Access

Experience writing and configuring automated software and hardware tests
