Processing Account Manager

Responsibilities
Drive mutual, sustainable growth for both new sales and existing customers by leading a cross‑functional team to build strong customer relationships, while identifying and capturing short, medium, and long‑term business opportunities
Reach out to customers, define needs, and qualify opportunities with existing and new accounts. You will establish strategies and lead the implementation of action plans for strategic Tetra Pak accounts
Participate in industry meetings, maintaining a network of connections through social networking, industry events, and other channels
Support and guide the project engineering group and coordinate cross‑functional activities
Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotations in line with customer expectations
Drive improved understanding of customers’ overall business
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with both Tetra Pak’s and the customers’ business objectives
Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the resolution is accepted by the customer
Record and follow up on opportunities in a timely fashion
Guide team members regarding liquid food and dairy processing to ensure their capabilities match customer needs
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Tetra Pak’s New Sales and Services portfolio within customer accounts and ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is fully deployed, meeting competitive requirements and delivering a strong value proposition
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline
Previous experience in the Food Processing Industry
Working knowledge and experience in Food Processing engineering, Business, or Technical Sales Management in the Food & Beverage industry
The ability and desire to stay at the forefront of the industry with a solid understanding of market trends
Fluent and clear communication skills in English
Experience working directly with customers is strongly valued
Inquisitive and critical‑thinking skills
High customer orientation
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
