Responsibilities

The Manager will aid in the evaluation of pricing outcomes across the team by recommending and contributing to strategies that improve quantitative measures and commercial sales and margins while also looking for opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity

Monitors PRxO generic formulary performance looking for opportunities to improve all relevant quantitative measures and commercial outcomes

Take a lead role in driving collaboration across Pricing, Inside Sales, Customer Compliance, and Account Management teams to track, report, and execute on opportunities to improve PRxO performance measures and customer experiences

Support engagement with acute care Group Purchasing Organizations to share information, report on outcomes, and align on opportunities that may benefit Cencora, and our customers

Support actions that improve the gathering of competitive market intelligence across HGS and SPS portfolios

Evaluates current team processes and recommends improvements that increase effectiveness of pricing strategy

Collaborates with Cencora Strategic Global Sourcing team to identify opportunities to maximize PRxO generic formulary coverage

Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of strategy and positive customer experiences

Required

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education

Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years related and progressively responsible experience
