Required

Current law school student having completed 1L or 2L year
Strong academic performance
Genuine interest in commercial real estate and business law
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical and research capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred

Previous exposure to real estate or business law
Experience with legal research platforms
Familiarity with data analysis and technology tools
