Innovative Technologies Corporation is seeking a Geospatial Data Technician (CAD/GIS) to support the 432nd Wing’s Installation Geospatial Information & Services (IGI&S) program at Creech AFB. The successful candidate will perform CAD-to-GIS integration, geospatial data maintenance, as-built verification, and limited site survey work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Convert and edit AutoCAD Map 3D/Civil 3D drawings into GIS datasets

Update GIS layers using ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.x or later

Ensure all GIS updates comply with SDSFIE standards

Perform minimal field survey/site investigations using Trimble GNSS

Reconcile geospatial and facility data from DD1354, RPAD, and other asset management sources

Review and clean tabular data to maintain accurate GIS layers

Manipulate CAD, GIS, PDF, and TIFF files to support engineering and planning functions

Support engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, utilities) with spatial data products

Communicate with CE/IGI&S personnel in a clear and timely manner

Deliver detailed, accurate, and quality-controlled geospatial data maintenance and documentation

Required

Education (one of the following): AS or BS in Geography, GIS, Cartography, Geomatics, or related field OR 4+ years of GIS/CAD experience supporting engineering, utilities, surveying, or facility data management

Technical Skills: AutoCAD Map 3D or Civil 3D

ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.x (or newer equivalents)

Trimble GNSS systems (field data collection)

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)

Ability to read engineering drawings / blueprints (desired)

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy

Effective written and verbal communication

Experience: AutoCAD (Map 3D/Civil 3D), ArcGIS, Trimble GNSS : 4 years (Required)

CAD-to-GIS conversions and with SDSFIE standards: 1 year (Required)

Security clearance: Secret (Required)
