Responsibilities
Submit detailed sketches along with tech packs including measurements and size grading
Collaborate with design team assisting with initial spec
Update Technical Packages to be sent to in house factories and overseas vendors including construction sketch, construction description, and garment proposed specs
Follow up fit samples for construction and measurement accuracy
Evaluate each garment spec measurements, yarns, stitches and construction detail
Review with vendors on grading and/or construction corrections that are required
Must be able to solve problems and identify fit problems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience with Performance Wear and Active Wear
Knowledge of Patterns and grading
College degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in PLM
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
4 years technical design experience including knowledge of activewear
Ability to solve problems and identify fit problems
Preferred
Walmart experience
