Business Development Manager - Transformer Components
Procom is seeking a Business Development Manager for a permanent role with their Energy client. This position involves leading efforts to expand the Insulation and Components portfolio across North America by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive growth.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets
Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with front-end sales teams and customers
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-added solutions
Conduct market research to track industry trends and assess the competitive landscape
Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting regularly on performance and activities
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive execution
Represent company with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong understanding of the transformer services industry and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with a strategic, results-oriented mindset
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 50-60%
Preferred
Experience with accessible technologies
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with North American market trends
Additional language proficiency
