Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent in software engineering, hardware design, and emerging golf technologies.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source and attract top technical talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and niche platforms)
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future technical roles
Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruiting processes and ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring
Represent Revelyst Golf Technology’s brand and culture in all candidate interactions
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (software, hardware, data, or engineering)
Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to assess candidate qualifications
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Passion for golf
