Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a passionate and driven Technical Program Manager for the EC2 Capacity Customer Experience (CCX) team. This role involves owning customer planning within the GenAI instance portfolio, managing demand intake, and driving initiatives that support key goals and KPIs while collaborating with various engineering and product management teams.

Responsibilities

Own customer planning within the GenAI instance portfolio
Serve as EC2’s primary POC for managing demand intake
Organize supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions
Ensure infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments
Drive key initiatives that support goals/KPIs that are measured and reported to executive leadership
Drive system improvements and collaborate with engineering organizations to build new technologies that automate various aspects of GenAI EC2 Capacity planning

Required

5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
