Required

Have strong product intuition and judgment: You make good product calls with incomplete context and translate product intent into clear, executable milestones
Drive operational excellence: You are highly organized, track progress closely, surface risks early, and create clarity and momentum
Actively coach and level up engineers: You set a high bar, give direct feedback, and help engineers grow faster than they would elsewhere
Bring exceptional work ethic, maturity, and resilience: You perform above expectations on our IC culture rubric and handle pressure and feedback without ego
Have a strong technical background: You are technical in nature and can weigh in on complex tradeoffs
