Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
10+ years of senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare finance experience required
CPA, MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in skilled nursing billing, collections, and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
Ability to work flexible hours to meet reporting and compliance deadlines
Senior living and skilled nursing financial economics
Reimbursement, billing, and regulatory compliance
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics
GAAP, internal controls, and audit leadership
Executive-level financial storytelling and influence
Enterprise decision support and scenario planning
Risk identification and mitigation
Growth and acquisition financial leadership
Revenue cycle optimization
Financial systems integration and improvement
Process efficiency and scalability
Data integrity and dashboard design
Coaching and developing finance professionals
