Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, control, and IT/data systems for buildings
Prepare construction cost estimates, both in a broad and detailed scope
Meet, communicate, and coordinate with clients to develop scopes, prepare proposals, and oversee the installation of the work, and manage internal and external project budgets
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in building design, layout and analysis for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
Revit skills
Knowledge of LEED principles and Electrical Codes
