Responsibilities

Consult with department clients to define short-term staffing needs

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and keep updated on the active recruitment process

Assess talent and ask questions that help draw out candidates’ skill sets

Ensure a positive applicant and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process, including timely application follow-up and interview status

Execute recruitment plans for assigned departments and/or key roles by consulting with senior recruiters or direct manager on sourcing strategies

Attend career fairs and events regularly to help build the brand and identify top talent

Work closely with state, federal, collegiate, and professional entities to surface qualified candidates

Represent the organization’s brand, mission, and values with pride, emphasizing employment features and preparing candidates for a great interview experience

Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
