FiberLight, LLC is a leading regional provider of innovative networking solutions. They are seeking a Project Management/Construction Management Intern to support their Outside Plant (OSP) and construction operations, offering hands-on experience in project workflows and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating OSP and construction project timelines

Identify workflow bottlenecks by reviewing project data and documentation

Participate in internal coordination calls to observe and support process improvements

Help prepare reports that track project cycle times and highlight delays or risks

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams on efficiency initiatives

Support small-scale process improvement efforts to help reduce project completion time

Qualification

Required

Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in telecom, utilities, or construction operations

Detail-oriented with good communication and organizational skills
