Required

60 credits or more of higher education or equivalent work experience and training
Three years administrative support experience
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Maintain confidentiality
Exceptionally strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Modern office procedures and equipment
Recordkeeping principles
Mathematical concepts
Basic budgeting principles
Computers and related software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite)
Communications in multiple modalities (e.g., Zoom)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
3-5 years of experience required in professional settings, including: strong customer service background, admissions or sales experience, and/or education, tutoring, advising or counseling
Experience in a higher education setting
Experience with adult learners
Experience with teaching best practices and the YourPace pedagogy
Strong experience with University of Maine System technologies - MaineStreet and educational technologies (e.g., Brightspace) in particular
