Performs administrative and secretarial support for executive director and department leaders of numerous programs and primary front desk receptionist for oncology administration

Schedules and organizes meetings. and primary front desk receptionist

Responsibilities include: Schedules and organizes meetings, making sure equipment is maintained/running, answering phones, monitoring fax machine for incoming/outgoing faxes, be available at front desk to greet customers, ordering supplies, sorting mail and assist with special events

Assists with creation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, documents, etc. and oversees collateral needs - obtains copies, collates folders, etc
