Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI), Office of Business Management Services (OBMS), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for overall high-level administrative tasks and services
The AGPA will track and monitor the operating expense (OE) and Personnel Service (PS$) budget, process all equipment and service contracts, and manage the property control within the Division
The incumbent will represent the Divisions of Traffic Operations, and Transportation Safety, as the Employee Recognition Committee, and Equipment Coordinator
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle
Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the ANALYST II exam
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment

The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) serves as documentation of each applicant's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing
Each question must be numbered and addressed in the same order as the questions below

Demonstrated experience in applying quality customer service principles and the ability to ensure accurate and timely service
